Biography
With over 35 years of experience in the legal field, LaDonna Turpin has served as the Law Firm Administrator at Manion Stigger, LLP, for the past 19 years. She specializes in managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, providing essential support to attorneys and overseeing the professional staff. Her role encompasses coordinating administrative functions across multiple departments, including accounting, IT, HR, marketing, and office management.
As a trusted intermediary between firm leadership and external contractors/vendors, she ensures the firm’s needs are clearly communicated and advocate on its behalf. She is dedicated to executing firm initiatives and fostering an efficient, effective environment for all team members.
LaDonna is a member of the National Association of Legal Administrators and the Indiana Association of Legal Administrators.
