Biography
Andrew N. Effinger, a Senior Attorney at Manion Stigger, LLP, has worked in every position and every phase of construction during more than three decades in the industry.
After starting as a laborer in commercial construction, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and became a registered professional engineer. He worked in heavy highway construction as an estimator, estimating manager, and project manager. Andrew then simultaneously earned a Master of Business Administration and a law degree. Andrew first used his finance-based MBA to become the financial controller in the heavy highway and construction aggregate business. After several years in accounting, Andrew’s legal education became the focus when he moved into the legal department, overseeing the contracts function and real estate portfolio of a privately held, billion dollar aggregates and construction company. At the time Andrew joined Manion Stigger, he had been elevated to the position of assistant general counsel.
Andrew knows every tool in the toolbox. In his time with Manion Stigger, Andrew has enjoyed the opportunities presented by our diverse group of contractor clients to efficiently use his accumulated experiences for effective results.
