Biography
Olivia comes from a construction family. After growing up with dinner table conversations learning the challenges—and satisfactions—of a life in construction, she knew it was her calling.
Olivia continued to develop her understanding of the business by earning dual degrees in economics and business management from the University of Kentucky, while working for a general contracting firm. While in law school at the University of Louisville, Olivia began clerking at Manion Stigger and immediately began putting to work what she was learning in the classroom for contractor clients.
Now a fourth-year associate attorney at Manion Stigger, Olivia has, amongst other things: worked on private and public projects; navigated federal, state, and local procurement laws; drafted and argued motions; conducted discovery in complex litigation; and served as second chair in several national, multi-million-dollar construction disputes.
