Biography
Bruce Stigger is an advocate. Now in his fourth decade of practice, Bruce has made his career in Court rooms and arbitration hearing rooms. Bruce co-founded Manion Stigger to do what he loves most: represent construction professionals at the highest level.
As much as Bruce enjoys presenting evidence, witness examinations, and oral arguments, Bruce knows success in a contested hearing or trial begins with a thoughtful strategy and preparation. Bruce leverages his hard-earned experience working closely with the client and other Manion Stigger attorneys developing and then executing an efficient and effective trial plan.
Bruce was appointed to the Order of Maximus by the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA) for trying to verdict or arbitrating to decision one hundred or more cases. He is included in The Best Lawyers in America® for Construction Law and Litigation – Construction and is the recipient of Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent® rating, given to attorneys ranked at the highest level by their peers.
Bruce has prosecuted and defended claims for contractor clients throughout the country before numerous arbitration tribunals, state and federal trial courts, state and federal appeals courts, the Kentucky Supreme Court and several Boards of Contract Appeals. Bruce works hard but balances his life with family, golf, and snow skiing.
